The Urgent Care Centre provides a walk-in service for patients requiring urgent medical care that can’t wait to be seen in a normal GP appointment.

The State Government have committed to subsidise the facility fee for eligible concession-card holders who present with Urgent Care conditions after-hours (6-8pm weekdays and 8am-8pm on weekends). These patients MUST call us on 6338 9898 to be triaged to ensure that they fulfil government eligibility and are able to be treated in the Urgent Care Centre. A Medicare fee is still payable on discharge, though this is fully rebated.

The Urgent Care Centre provides treatment for things not usually seen in a standard GP appointment, though not life-threatening enough to be seen in an Emergency Department. Common presentations to Urgent Care include lacerations, sporting and other injuries, and acute infections.

Entrance is via the elevator from the car park on Olive St.
